  • Is it safe to workout with osteoporosis?

    YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! It is safe when certain movements and certain exercises are avoided. Remember we want to increase bone strength to avoid pain and injury FROM weak bones. Epic Bone Fitness was created SPECIFICALLY for osteoporosis to increase bone strength and prevent injuries!

  • Will I really be able to get stronger if I’ve never worked out before?

    YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! That’s the part of this program that gets me the most excited! You CAN get stronger no matter if you have worked out before or not! The key is doing the CORRECT targeted, specific exercises and being CONSISTENT!

  • How much time will it take to workout everyday?

    My daily videos are around 30-40 minutes long. All you need to do is grab your resistance bands and hit play! The planning is done for you! We will knock out your workout routine together. Since I am working out with you daily, you will know exactly what pace, how much to rest and we can efficiently get your workout in!
